1. Buy corn in season, a couple dozen ears at a time.
2. Place a couple of tablespoons of salted butter on each ear.
3. Vacuum-seal the corn and freeze.
4. When ready to eat, boil the sealed bag for a few minutes.
Enjoy fresh corn on the cob all winter without blanching!
