Soak the apple slices in cold water for 3-5 minutes. 3. Soak the apple slices in lemon-lime carbonated soda such as 7-Up or Sprite for 3-5 minutes. 4. Divide the apple slices into snack-size portions. 5. Store the portions in Ziploc bags in the fridge. This method keeps the apples from browning and makes them last longer.
