Turkey: Around 28 days; the young is called a poult.
Quail: 1623 days depending on species 1718 days for Japanese quail, about 23 days for Bobwhite quail.
Duck: Usually 28 days, but Muscovy ducks take about 35 days.
Chicken: About 21 days, with controlled temperature, humidity, and regular turning.
Goose: 2835 days depending on breed lighter breeds hatch in 2830 days, heavier breeds in 3235 days.
Guinea Fowl: 2628 days, similar to turkeys.
Peafowl: 2830 days, incubated mainly by the female.
Ostrich: 4246 days, with incubation shared between male and female.
