Homemade stock cubes full of flavor!
Say goodbye to industrial stock cubes and make your own with fresh, preservative-free ingredients. Heres the recipe:
凌 Natural ingredients:
2 onions 500 g
2 leeks 350 g
4 carrots 200 g
2 celery stalks 100 g
1 head of garlic 40 g
1 bay leaf
1 bunch of cilantro
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
50 g salt optional
Extra virgin olive oil
Step by step:
Chop all the vegetables and sauté them over low heat with a good splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Add the cilantro, bay leaf, and a splash of water and cook until tender.
Blend everything until a thick paste forms.
Cook the paste again, stirring, until all the water has evaporated and it is well concentrated.
Place in a plastic-wrapped mold and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into cubes similar to stock cubes.
Wrap them in aluminum foil and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
