Sausage Muffins:
Ingredients:
1 cup of Bisquick
1 lb cooked sausage
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F 175C.
2. In a bowl, mix together the Bisquick, cooked sausage, beaten eggs, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
3. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
